Is this deceptive, fraudulent sales?
A seller had an item, a phone. New, excellent condition, never used. It was not marked “can not be used†or “for parts only†nor had any mention in layman’s terms that the phone was not functional. “Blacklisted†was in the title. That is all. I’m not a phone nut. I’m just an old poor teacher lady that needs a functional phone asap. I contacted the seller right after purchase to ask about shipping and was told the phone did not work and I should have googled “black listed†before ruining his auction. My husband wrongly thought that “blacklisted†meant apple does not make new or sell them anymore, because they don’t. I’ve immediately requested eBay to cancel but it is pending on seller now. I have a feeling they won’t cooperate in the cancellation and also feel like the entire listing was deceptive. Any input?

The seller is not obligated to cancel your purchase.
"Blacklisted" is a very common term meaning it cannot be used to make or receive calls or use data.
