Is this a scam?

I ordered and paid for an item on May 20. The seller has changed the estimated delivery date several times ON THE ORIGINAL LISTING.

The seller will not respond to my messages.

Ebay wont help because they say the windows for complaining is past. But they also say they CAN help after the delivery date has passed.

It will NEVER pass if tge seller keeps changing it.

Is the seller scamming me?

And how can I talk ti a live person instead of a chatbot?

If you look at the listing the way you’re describing, each time you look at it, you are seeing the delivery date if you bought it today. Sellers can’t change the delivery date after a sale.

eBay has a very good money back guarantee, if it’s used correctly. Since the 30 days have passed, you’ll need to contact your credit card company about doing a chargeback. Be careful, they have time limits, too.
