Is this a scam?

I see something i want to purchase on eBay and i just read that eBay will reimburse money for that item if it is not received within 30 days of the estimated delivery. Well the estimated delivery on this particular item is 05/11/26 -06/03/26 which is a lot of time and higher chance of missing that 30 day window to report it. Does anyone know if this is a scam tactic used on eBay?

@kelan3216 . The eBay Money Back Guarantee is 30 days from the LAST estimated delivery date. So you wouldn't be able to file a refund request until June 4th. I personally would pass on the purchase as it's most likely shipping from another country which means tariffs will be due on delivery. It is also more difficult to return items to other countries.
