Is this a scam
Is this a scam. Seller says that they are setting up the sale of a car using Ebay Services. They will ship the car to me and Ebay will hold the money during a 5 day testing period and once I approve the purchase will release the money to the Seller and send me the title.

It is a well known SCAM!!!
Ebay has nothing to do with sales from other websites. Ebay does not ship anything and Ebay does not hold funds during a so called "5 day testing period".
The whole thing is a LIE perpetrated by a criminal trying to steal your money.

Mentor1 year ago@premiumreplacementbatteries If you saw the listing on another site and they said "eBay will handle the sale" it's a SCAM.
eBay has NOTHING to do with vehicle sales on another site.
Always pay for vehicles in person with cash or bank transfer after you have inspected the vehicle carefully.
