Just posted an item for sale yesterday. This buyer sent me an offer/message to email a video of it. Provided no email and can't message directly. Just became a member on Sept 10th & 0 feedback.

You should probably assume that a message from a new account asking you to contact anyone outside of eBay is a scam of one kind or another.
Requesting a video is one way scammers use to try to get sellers to initiate contact outside of eBay. Once the scammer has the seller's contact info (email, text, social media) the scammer can send a phony "you've been paid -- ship now" message.
Scammers particularly like to target inexperienced sellers selling expensive items.
