Is there real help
I have taken a complaint to ebay with an item the seller was notified right after the order was placed the address had changed. Seller proceeded to send item to wrong address for item to be stolen, never refunding my money. Ebay also chose to take the side of the seller. Is this the new way to gain trust to cause further purchases from any seller?

·3 years agoThe seller didn't ship it to the wrong address, you provided the wrong address when you paid for the item.
Sellers are required to ship to the address you provide.
As long as tracking shows it was delivered to that address, they won't refund.

This was your mistake in not changing the address when you were on the checkout page processing your payment.
The seller was REQUIRED to ship to the address that was provided with your payment.
Hopefully you have corrected your shipping address on Ebay by now. If you have not done so, here is the link to change it:
