I placed a listing and it does not pull up when I search the key words.

I want to speak with someone at ebay about how to cancel the ad if no one can find it. It seems impossible to contact a real person.

I see it. New listings can take up to 24 hours from the last revision to be indexed and appear in search. If you still do not see it, how are you searching?
