Is there coverage for the seller when an item is damaged during shipping

I shipped a box to a buyer and it arrived broken and now I need to refund the buyer. Do I have any recourse for the shipping fees and money I now have to refund?

You will have to file a claim with the carrier, but buyer gets a full refund from you. Ask for pictures to send with the claim and tell buyer to hold onto everything for inspection. Otherwise, if you want the item back accept the return. Only other alternative is if a partial refund will cover repairs.
