Is there anyway to speak to a human on Ebay anymore?

I need to contact them about a mistake they made removing an item, and I keep getting nothing from their AI and I cant get my issue resolved, is there anyway to speak to anybody anymore? If not it turns you off using Ebay anymore. Amazing have excellent customer service always around 24/7.
