Is there anyway to get ahold of ebay anymore?
I bought and paid for an item, but the seller cancelled the order and said I requested cancellation (presumably to avoid a transaction defect). Since I've been refunded, I can't leave negative feedback, either. When I buy an item, I count on receiving it and don't expect the seller to be able to cancel because they changed their mind.

OP8 months agoThanks! I was able to get a callback with the link you provided. Previously, anything I selected that had anything to do with the item I purchased dead-ended in self-help that wasn't relevant. I'm all sorted now - thanks, again.

You can report the seller for cancelling for an inappropriate reason here:

If you are in North America, you should be able to request a call back here:

If you are unable to get a call back, that may be for several reasons; a location outside of North America, VOIP phone, and call blockers (personal or that of a service provider) are often issues.
