Is there anybody at ebay that monitors scams?

There are too many computer component items priced too far below the retail price, obvious scams but why isn't ebay policing these scams?

Not every scam listing has obvious policy violations that would cause eBay to pull the listing; some scams are only apparent in retrospect, when the advertised item does not arrive.

There is no rule that says a seller cannot list an item at a low price, even if most reasonable people would agree that the seller is unlikely to deliver what the seller is advertising, particularly when the seller has a new account with little or no feedback for selling, registered overseas, and using stock photos.

With millions of items listed for sale on Ebay, they cannot monitor each listing for possible scams.

If you find an item listed that is a scam, you can report it to Ebay by going to the listing page, and click on the question mark down in the lower right hand corner.
