Is there any way to get updates for the Ebay Standard Shipping Envelopes for Trading Cards?
Just wondering who I should contact USPS or eBay to see if they can track down any of these packages. I have had multiple issues using this shipping. Buyers putting in requests that they didn't receive the item when it says delivered. Or items saying out for delivery and 5 days later still not delivered and buyers putting in a request.
One time it showed delivered as soon as it left my post office, same day. Luckily the buyer was patient and did end up receiving the item.
I try to be very communicative with the buyers when this happens and most don't respond. They just get the refund and move on. I really can't help but feel like buyers are taking advantage of this and getting free items and then I have to wait 15 days each time to put claims in.
The shipping is so cheap and most of the other sellers are using that or free shipping, so when I wasn't using it items just didn't sell or took much longer.
Any advice?
