Is there any way to get a live person on ebay?
Have tried 3 x to get a seller to answer me as to combined shipping and the seller will not. eBay automatically will not let me cancel.I cannot get a # to call.

Mentor2 years agoSellers are not required to combine shipping or provide a shipping discount just because you ask. If it matters to you, ask the seller directly before committing to multiple purchases.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

OP2 years agoVery much appreciate your reply. It does help. The thing is in his auction he does say he will combine and I did write him 3 times and never got a reply.3 x's. Been on eBay over 20 years and NEVER gave a bad review but will this time. At least he could have emailed me even if he said no.I could send the item back but then only hurting myself as I would have to pay the shipping back. Thank you so much. d

"Combining shipping" may just mean putting everything in one box where possible; it does not necessarily mean that the seller will discount the shipping price, and that may not always be possible or practical.
A good seller would spell that out or at least respond to your question, though.
