is there any way to find out what shipping address was used.
I ordered several items on July 7, 2025, somehow an address that has nothing to with my account ship 2 separate was used to, and the seller refuses to tell me even though I am the only person trying to salvage the sale

Mentor1 year ago@Anonymous You can see what address was provided to the seller on your order details. Go to your purchase history and select view order details next to the item.

If the address that is shown here is NOT correct then your account may have been compromised. You need to go to account settings and update the addresses and change passwords and secret questions.
Addresses ( add a new address and then delete the old one or it might not stick) https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Passwords> https://accounts.ebay.com/acctsec/security-center
If that is all correct then your next stop is the post office and ask them if the address that is on the label is your address or not. They can NOT tell you what the actual address is.
If the address on the label is NOT yours then it sounds like you are a victim of "false tracking "
If the tracking shows the seller did NOT ship to the address you provided at checkout:
After you determine that the seller did not ship to the address provided at checkout you can use this form to report the seller>
https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
Important, select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"
then "Other"
Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
Next gather your documentation for the false tracking and then contact eBay customer service on social media.
Contact the postal carrier and a obtain hard copy documentation on their letter head of the tracking that
does not correspond to a delivery to your address. Other documentation that can be helpful are the package size and weight if they differ greatly from what they should be for your item.
Contact eBay via social media and explain that you have a case of "false tracking" and you should be given the opportunity to provide your documentation to eBay via direct message.
This is different than the usual "item not received" case which is handled automatically and which allows the seller to win by providing tracking that shows delivery.
Contact eBay customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

If this doesn't work then you will need to file a chargeback with your bank/ credit card. Once you go to your funding source eBay can no longer assist you.
