Is there another way to contact a buyer besides the "Messages"?
I sold a magazine the over the weekend and when I went to pack it for shipment I realized I made an error in my listing. The picture is the wrong magazine than I listed in the title. I must have forgotten to change the picture when I did the listing (why I hate "sell similar"). I do have both magazines so I tried to message the buyer 3 times already and she is either not looking or not getting my messages. I explained the error and I asked her which one she wanted, as I do have both. She's already paid for it so I don't want to hold up the shipment more than the time allowed for shipping. I am supposed to send it out by tomorrow. Is there any other way to contact a buyer? Everything I am reading in the Help section brings me back to the "messages".

Mentor1 year agoYou can go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order, click ORDER DETAILS, and you should see the buyer's phone number. Give the buyer a call.
