Is there an override to offer Combined Shipping with Volume Discount Offers?
I recently had a customer purchase 3 items from me where we offered a volume discount based on the number of items they purchased. We also offer combined shipping discounts. When the buyer went to request the invoice to get the combined shipping discount as well, they received a notice saying that a combined shipping price is not available because they received volume discount pricing. Is there a way to override this in our store's settings or does the buyer just need to purchase and then we refund after the purchase.
