Is there an issue with the Send Offers from the Chrome Browser?

This morning, I was trying to send offers from my laptop on Chrome. It pulls up the box for the offers, but does not bring in the items. I was able to send an offer from my phone, so it has to be something going on with the desktop version. I wasn't able to find out if anyone else is having this issue. I use the offers extensively on desktop. Anyone else having this issue?

I use Chrome on my computer, and just tried to send an Offer. I was able to input 10% off, but there was no Send button. Only the Cancel button was available. The Send button was grayed out.

Unfortunately the system status board is not showing any disruptions to the system. You should report this problem to customer service so a trouble ticket can be started and technical support informed.
