is there an email for ebay to help with a possible scam purchase?

Ordered a faucet a coupe weeks ago and the item has not arrived. I paid with paypal and the order number and tracking numbers do not allow me to find anything. I was using a work computer so checked out as a guest and not my personal account. Any help?

Sign out of your Ebay account and then find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent you.

Select View order details in the body of the email.
Select Contact seller.
Select I haven't received my item yet.
Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
