Is there an email address for eBay?
I place an order on 2/5 and only received 2 of the 3 lots and a case has been opened. The seller is being uncooperative; I've phoned eBay twice and they told me not to worry that it will be taken care of, yet once again after getting off of the phone with them yesterday, I see that they just put another hold on the case until 3/6! Also, I don't use my email, I do everything on here, but I figured I'd go ahead & check there only to find out that it's been unable to receive emails since august. So I just upgraded storage. I have transcripts of both phone conversations & wonder if I send them and match up EVERYTHING else that has occurred with this situation, perhaps, it can be done with. Thank You.

Mentor2 years ago@charmedtreazures1111 eBay does not have email contact. You can request a call back, chat or contact eBay on social media. They do sometimes put a hold on the case to give the seller time to make things right and if they don't then eBay forces a refund.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

OP2 years agoI just got off of the phone with eBay again and it has been resolved. This seller was having such a fit that she'd been calling in and ultimately had a 'return item' intermingled somehow. So, I had to explain (again) that I wanted to keep the 2 that I received.
