is there an ebay customer service? does anyone have a phone number for ebay's customer service
I have tried for over 3 months to get in touch with Ebay's customer service and I get an email saying I have blocked ebay, changed my phone number, call went into voice mail, all bull **bleep** here is their email to me:

- The call was not answered
- The call reached a voicemail
- The call reached a busy signal
- The number called was wrong or disconnected
- eBay’s Customer Service phone number is blocked on your device
- Spam filters enabled on your device blocked the call
We recommend you check the settings on your phone to ensure the call was not blocked. This can happen if you have activated spam filters on your device that automatically block unknown phone numbers. You can find more information on how to deactivate those settings in your device manufacturer support page, or contact your mobile carrier for assistance.
If you have any questions or concerns, we'll be happy to help you. Go to Help & Contact at the top of most eBay pages and sign in if prompted. Then, select Contact us. You'll be given the best option to reach us.
If you recently changed to another phone number, please update it in My eBay. To update your phone number in My eBay:
- Go to My eBay.
- From My eBay, select the Account tab.
- Select Personal information on the left side of the page.
- Select Edit next to the information you want to update.

Some users with VOIP numbers seem to have problems getting a call back, as well as users with numbers outside of North America. Some calls may be blocked by certain phone service providers regardless of the users' settings.
If you are unable to get a call back at your current number or change your number to one that eBay can contact you at, try contacting eBay by social media direct message:

My advice is to ask your question here or contact customer service on social media.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
