There are no direct phone numbers to customer service as they are working from home. You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately eBay removed our way of getting around the AI questions so you will need to ask for "Agent" several times before the system will give you the call back option.
