Is there a way to tell eBay to stop showing me "related items" that are adult in nature.

Question

I've been buying lots of cards lately and I keep getting vulgar items in "related items" suggestions. It is penthouse playing cards. How can I ask eBay to stop showing these items to me which I didn't ask to see and I find extremely offensive and demeaning?

Thank you. I looked at the marketing tab and updated preferences. I didn't know that was there so thank you. The listings it is suggesting to me that I'm wanting to block are not via email or snail mail though, they are on the screen where I am viewing a listing that I have clicked on. Like a bar right in the middle of the listing above the description. I just noticed they are called "similar sponsored items." I really want to be able to browse eBay and not have to worry about smut popping up on the screen. It's only similar in that it is on a card, other than that it is not like anything I'm searching for and I'm hoping their is a way to block it.
