Is there a way to talk to an actual person at Ebay? Preferably one who speaks English as a
first language? The stupid AI uses circular logic to formulate a useless answer. I can't list an item because I have a message "telling me what to do..." to resolve my issue. All I have are spam emails. Ebay is almost as useless as the government in a democrat controlled city. Almost.
