Is there a way to get back to the buy it now option after you're no longer bidding

You could message the seller and ask if they'll end the auction early to sell to you at the Buy It Now price, but since the bidding has already gone higher than the Buy It Now price (that's why it disappeared), it's not likely the seller will do that.
