Is there a way to edit tracking info once its entered? For example, correct the # or carrier?
Is there a way to edit tracking information once it's provided? For example to change carriers from FedEx to USPS?

Mentor2 years agoWhen you print the shipping label using ebay shipping, the tracking number is automatically uploaded to the transaction. Are you saying that the wrong carrier was selected? If so, then you need to VOID the label, and then print a correct label for the carrier.
Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. You have 5 days from date of printing to void the label. The carrier will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now use the same link to Print Another Label, and this time make the appropriate corrections for the package.
