Is there a way to contact eBay?
I have an out of the ordinary issue whereby the seller sent me fake jewelry. I asked to return and the seller agreed and sent me a label. The label was fake as well. So I emailed him again and he said he would have his carrier contact me directly. Nothing! It shows in my account that the seller provided a label and that leaves me no alternative. I cannot find a way to contact eBay for help with this seller. Any help would be appreciated.

OP3 years agoThank you! However, there are no prompts that will take me to someone at eBay tht can help. This problem isn't a standard one. I feel like this seller knows how to go around the rules. So, I need to contact eBay to let them know that he is not an honest seller. It has been about a month of me trying to get a REAL return label. I appreciate your response though.
