Is there a way to change/correct Calculated Shipping Weight and Parcel sizes?
I'm selling parts from my PC that died. I sold one part already and the calculated shipping charged the buyer around $6 for shipping when the actual cost (the cheapest cost available at the post office) was around $11. I went to the other listing I have and checked out the calculated shipping and for example, I saw one item that the manufacturer's website says is 3.5lbs in weight, but ebay lists its weight at 3lbs. I also can not change the box/parcel dimensions either. I want to sell all of my items but I can't get shafted on shipping on each one. Either I have to raise prices or find some alternate method of calculating shipping. The problem is the buyer could end up being anywhere in the continental US, I might say a flat rate of $10 and it could be $15-$20, or the buyer might be in a state nearby and end up overpaying. I am really frustrated right now. Is there anything I can do?

You need to use Calculated shipping, based on the prepackaged weight & dimensions.
Here's how to use calculated shipping when listing your items:
