Is there a way to change the format of shipping labels?

I have a label printer. All the options for modifying the label have disappeared from my print screen, so the full-page-with-a-label-on-half format won't work with my printer. I have to save as a pdf then use gimp to rotate and crop it and then export as a jpg to get it to print. It still doesn't work until the 6th try most of the time. Can I set the labels to generate as 4x6 without all the extra trim on the page?

On the create label page look to the right where the current label format is shown. Click in CHANGE.
