Is there a way to cancel or get refunded for an improper shipping label being made (that is usused)?

Apparently you can only cancel a shipping label if you've only made one and not two.

You can cancel every label you printed, as long as it is unused.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
