A buyer from Thailand continues to cancel his/her winning bids on my items. Can I block this person from bidding on my future listings? I think this buyer is playing games, bidding on multiple items then choosing which ones they've won to pay for and cancelling the rest, saying "Order placed by mistake". Not cool, an annoying waste of my time. Is there any other technique I can use to prevent this behavior on my future listings? Thank you
