Is there a way to appeal an indefinite suspension?
Summary: trademarkfinds shared their experience of facing an indefinite suspension from selling after their store was reactivated without their knowledge due to a personal emergency. They noted a few negative feedbacks and refunds occurred during their absence. Upon return, they found their account suspended and were informed there was no way to appeal. They are seeking advice on whether an appeal process might exist for their situation.
I was selling and providing a what I would call a great service. Quick to respond to questions, quick to ship, packing sold items with care. I had a personal issue that needed tending to and put my store on a 30 vacation thinking that I'll be able to return to it before the vacation ran out. I wasn't able to and the vacation mode ran out and the sales started again without me. Refunds and a couple of negative feedbacks. I didn't have anyone who could step in and remove my listing or help fill the orders.
I recently came back ready to get back to selling and logged in, updated my contact information. On the selling page it said that I couldn't list an item because they needed to verify some information. I had an associate call me who told me my account was suspended indefinitely due to I forget what term he used but he was saying that my account was not up to standards and there was no way to appeal it.
Is there a way to appeal the suspension? I feel there should be some process available for cases such as mine.
Thank you in advance for any responses you might have.

Mentor3 weeks agoBad buyer experience is probably what was said. I have never heard of anyone coming back from an indefinite suspension. I'm sorry, but that is a permanent ban that cannot be appealed.
