Mentor1 month ago · Edited@rswintime Buyers have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories.
Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts buyers only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request case.
Keep in mind that buyers can also file credit card charge backs which will result in a $20 dispute fee in addition to having to refund the buyer.

The eBay MBG overrules your return policy which is only for buyers remorse returns.
