Mentor8 months agoExactly what do you mean by did not get paid for it? Did the buyer not pay for the item or have you not received a payout from eBay yet? Has the item been delivered with proof through the tracking number? Keep in mind that newer sellers will have a funds hold for up to 30 days from payment which will depend on the category the item is listed in and the value of the item.

Your account is still considered a new account and your funds will be placed on Hold for up to 30 days. I know that speaking to or communicating with eBay directly will not change their sitewide policy: Payments on hold | eBay
I know it is frustrating not getting paid but in time as sales increase holds will be lifted.

If you get to a Chat box via this link and subject selection you can type the word AGENT in the chat and if phone service is available you should be able to request a callback.
