I am seeking a phone # to discuss a fraud issue i was a victim of. The seller is e8en. This seller does not accept returns. I would rather not be out $14.00 because of a seller violating ebays rules an counterfeit items. The ad says 100% authentic. This is not true. I am seeking help on this matter from ebay. The seller's return policy only applies to "remorse" returns.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
