I have sold an item. The item has been received but I havenâ€™t received payment. It has been over one week since sale was completed

That sounds frustrating. Here is how to see when you will get paid:

SHORT VERSION

There are a couple of steps the money goes through.

- Processing

- Payment Holds (if any)

- Payout, which happens automatically after any holds.

Once you are established on eBay, the money will reach your bank account in a couple of days.

New sellers usually need to wait some time after delivery to get paid.
