Is there a glitch in the shipping section of the listing page?

I am suddenly unable to choose a shipping method, add weight and package sizes. I hope this a glitch in the system and not how it's going to be from now on!

Yes, it is a glitch in the system which eBay is working on. Are you using the app or the browser version of eBay?
