Is there a customer service department for Ebay?

I purchased a tablet that was locked to a school account and I can't update it. It was not a clean copy of windows. It has been two months but I didn't discover it until I needed to reinstall windows. The issue is that I put in a complaint about the charging cord (was grade A condition and came with a broken charging cord and marks all over). I was then in the hospital for two months so I didn't respond to the case. they closed it. Now I the system won't let me do anything with the tablet via customer service and this is the only site with no ability to contact someone like on Amazon.

Any suggestions?

After that amount of time, eBay canâ€™t help you. Their money back guarantee is for 30 days after receiving the item, and once a case is closed, itâ€™s closed, and thereâ€™s no way to reopen it.

Your only option at this point would be to contact your credit card company about doing a chargeback.
