Is there a contact phone number for eBay?
I bought an item and it does not show on eBay purchase history but I have received an email from PayPal that the vendor has been paid. Is this because my purchase went through eBay commerce?

Is it possible you purchased using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
Is the item still listed on eBay?

OP2 years agoActually, I was looking at a review on YouTube and the item showed up on YouTube and I clicked on it. The ebaynsight popped up

OP2 years agoI ordered it there so I wonder if it ordered as a guest,,but I used PayPal and Paypal sent me an email that they paid the vendor but would not list the vendor.

Mentor2 years agoIf you purchased on eBay as a guest, you should have received an email from eBay about the guest order.
If you can find an email from eBay with the subject "Order confirmed", sign out of your current eBay account, then use the order details link in that email.
If you cannot find the email try using this link to generate another email:
