My account is many years old, and there are more than 1000 sales and all positive reviews. It's not fair that it was blocked.
The problem is that clients open cases weeks after the parcel was sent from Ukraine, although in the shipping policy I indicated delivery from 15-30 days. And then, as a result, the package is delivered to them, and since the case was created, it already affects the percentage of INR. This is not fair, I worked for many years and everything was fine, now my account is blocked. I'm not a scammer, I'm an honest seller from Ukraine, and what should I do now? I spent so much effort and years on this account.
