Is there a ban on shipping to the UK?
A buyer says he can't purchase that I have listed. It is a teddy bear plush. I have global turned on.

Mentor2 years ago@msdebsen-79 A lot of items are being blocked for shipment to the UK that would otherwise be allowed. I think that with stuffed animals the problems is that the UK doesn't allow the import of animals in the import policy. The eBay Bot picks up that this is a bear.
I am just GUESSING.... on this one but sometimes changing the wording in the listing has allowed an item through that should be allowed.
I would change the title to just Plush Toy and remove all mention of Bear in the listing and see if your UK buyer can purchase.
