Is the shipping calculator broken for FedEx? They adjusted my weight and charged me double the $$
I got an adjustment on the weight of a package shipped by FedEx. I used the ebay calculator to get the label cost. Is the calculator broken? I want to verify what I put on the original label but when I choose print another label the original weight does not show on the screen.

Mentor2 years agoThis is a known issue. eBay was made aware on March 27, that Fedex was charging incorrectly for labels. The issue has continued and there is an open ticket so eBay is working on fixing this. eBay will contact you regarding any adjustments to your Fedex charges.
