Is the eBay app broken?
I haven’t been able to send or receive eBay messages, I have items I bought that should’ve been shipped a while ago only say “paid”.

If you are using the iOS version of the app and having problems, try using a browser instead to contact your sellers. You may have to disable the feature that opens eBay browser links in the app automatically by tapping and holding such a link and then selecting "do not open in the app".
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled.
