Mentor3 years agoThe seller has tracking that shows an item was delivered. So the seller would win an "item not received" case with eBay.
If what you received from that seller does not match what you purchased, you need to file a "not as described" case. The seller will be responsible for providing a return label if the seller wants the item back. Once tracking shows delivery to the seller, the seller should refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, you can ask eBay to step in and refund you after three business days.
