Is the buyer ever wrong?
Guy wanted expedited shipping. I agreed, offered for him to send me a prepaid label. He didn't send a label and didn't choose any expedited shipping option. Now he is demanding a return. I am sure he will complain to ebay and they will rule in his favor. Can i charge a restocking fee?
