Is someone trying to rip me off?
I have had a collector's jacket listed since last November for $1400. No one has responded. Suddenly, someone is interested. Their user name says they have sold 2 items ever, with no other information.
I just got a notification from eBay saying a new device signed in on my account located across the nation.
Is this a coincidence? If this possible buyer makes me an offer that is good, how do I prevent being ripped off? I understand people will say it was damaged or other things, and stop payment.
