Is Paypal Pay in Four still available on offers and auctions?
I'm guessing Paypal's installment plan is no longer an option for made offers or auctions since it seems your account will now be directly billed and there is no longer a checkout process, but I haven't made any of these types of purchases since the change was made and was just hoping someone could confirm for me. I'd also like to know if the checkout process is now removed for accepting seller offers as well.
