IS PARCEL LOCKER A BUYER SCAM?

I have a buyer who is claiming to have not received an order which USPS has confirmed was delivered to a "parcel locker". The item shipped Nevada and the buyers reply was in Spanish. Why do I feel like this is a setup for me to lose both my item and the payment?

No, it's not a scam. Many neighborhoods (such as apartments, condos, etc.) have parcel lockers where packages are delivered. Your buyer needs to go pick up his package from the parcel locker.
