Is over 30 days normal for ebay Global Shipping?
I am the seller, and sold an item to a buyer in Taiwan. This is the timeline to date:
12/26/2025: Ebay sale
12/27/2025: Item shipped to ebay Global Shipping Hub
12/03/2025: Item received by ebay Global Shipping Hub
01/10/2026: ebay Global Shipping Hub ships the item (via Post NL (Netherlands))
01/21/2026: Item received by Post NL in their PostNL Acceptance Centre
No further updates since January 21 and it is now February 2nd. Is this shipping time (i.e., over one month) normal for Global Shipping? This time seems horrendous and there does not seem to be any way to contact ebay. I tried to contact Post NL but they advised to have the shipper (i.e., ebay) contact them.
