Is my item counterfeit item ?? about this policy...
As soon as I upload products to sell, I received the following email and the product was automatically deleted. "We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Counterfeit item policy. We don’t allow counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorized copies.Listings not following policy"
I am sure that these products are original, purchased from the official store. On what basis does AI determine the authenticity of a product and arbitrarily delete it from the list? And are there any disadvantages to my account if such unilateral errors accumulate in the future?
I would like to require attention from ebay's specialized team. I hope that the deleted products will be shown again after expert review. It takes a lot of time and effort to photograph, write, and upload each item.
