Is my account being hacked or blocked
I used to be able to talk directly with somebody at ebay but apparently ebay has decided to get rid of that service.
I would like to know if my account is being hacked or blocked. I have had a 10% increase in traffic and listing views, am paying for increased traffic on back end but sales have gone dead since July 3.
In spite of several items being placed in carts and multiple offers and discounted prices.
Is ebay blocking my account, or are people having trouble checking out?
Something makes no sense here.
And if its not blocked, would ebay please refresh the store?

Mentor1 year agoTraffic and views can go up for any number of reasons, such as someone sharing a link to one of your listings on social media.
Many users put items in carts, but do not always complete purchases despite that. That is not necessarily a sign that those users are having problems checking out. Many users put items in carts and then continue shopping. Some users put items in the cart rather than adding the item to a Watch List, and for much the same reason.
I see 205 items you currently have listed. I am able to add one of your items to my cart and go to checkout without receiving an error, so it does not appear that your items are being hidden or that your account is blocked.
If you have any reason to believe that someone else has obtained unauthorized access to your eBay account, change your password and check your account details closely for signs of any changes.
